You may have noticed a few little changes around here recently. The new design is a big one, but we’ve made quite a few changes under the hood too which we are excited to share with you today.
Firstly we have tidied up and moved a lot of products off the MJ Health & Beauty site.
- If you are looking for Sax Cosmetics, Thursday Plantation or Omron blood pressure monitors, please head over to the Chapman & Wood Chemist website. It’s the same competitive prices and friendly service, on a site that has been optimised for non-prescription items.
- If you’re looking for Rectogesic and are in Australia, head over to the Chapman & Wood Chemist website (direct link to Rectogesic).
- If you’re looking for Rectogesic and are outside Australia, please click here to visit our new site. We charge in USD, have streamlined our shipping and packaging and have added a couple of other little changes that we’re confident you’ll love.
With the site more focused we were able to start tackling some of the challenges that are unique to online compounding. We’ve got a lot planned for the next few months, but one of the big changes you’ll notice is the ability to place your natural progesterone or testosterone cream order (almost!) entirely online. Australia takes a different approach to other countries, and so it’s still a but of a manual process but we’ve streamlined it a lot and the initial feedback from customers has been positive.
We’ve expanded our payment options (with Apple Pay coming soon!), added an Express Shipping option, and made it easier to view the current status of your order at any time, via your Account Dashboard. And our entire site is now secured with SSL (not just the payment section), so all communication between us and you is completely guarded from prying eyes.
Are you on Facebook? Now you can zoom through the checkout while logged in with your Facebook credentials! (don’t forget to follow us on Facebook for relevant news and commentary).
There are quite a few other technical changes that excite computer geeks like me 🤓, and a lot more planned for the next few months. One thing I can say for sure is that the pace of change is increasing every year, and a fair chunk of time is spent evaluating services that I think might make life easier for our customers.
