Shipping
We currently ship to Australian addresses only, via Australia Post and our trusted courier partners. Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.80, and Express shipping is $16.50 (incl. GST).
For orders where we have your original prescription and repeats on file, if you place the order before 12:00 midday AEDT we will usually be able to dispense, compound and dispatch on the same day.
Once we have dispatched your order there may be delays due to Australia Post or our courier partners, which is unfortunately out of our control. If you place your order online we’ll send you an email that contains tracking information when we have dispatched your order. You can track it online by logging-in to your account, selecting Orders, clicking the VIEW button, then Track. If you didn’t receive a tracking code, please contact us on (02) 65534001, option 3, or email [email protected]
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are a guide only and are as advised by Australia Post and our trusted courier partners. Deliveries to metropolitan areas tend to be quicker, while orders sent to WA and rural areas can take up to eight days, regardless of shipping method. We are monitoring all packages, and if we anticipate a delay we will do our best to contact you.
Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST as appropriate.
For orders placed both online and manually via a printed order form we currently offer the following payment methods:

- Cheque
For online orders, you’ll be able to choose a payment option at the Checkout.
For manual order form orders, please print out our printable order form and mail/fax it together with your prescription as appropriate.

Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment in full is confirmed (this applies more to orders paid by Direct Deposit and Cheque; credit card orders placed online are generally confirmed immediately).
We use Australian company Pin Payments as our credit card payments processor, and have for many years.
